Zimbabwe’s 2022 By-Elections  – On March 26th, by-elections were contested in 28 constituencies and 122 wards across Zimbabwe, in an election marked by low turnout. While the constituencies saw 118 men competing for seats, only 18 women stood in the polls. Of the 16 political parties that fielded candidates, only two parties registered wins.
